Micro Niche Finder or Adword Analyzer?

Hi,
Both Micro Niche Finder and Adword Analyzer seem to be good products, and I would like to buy one. But which one is best? I would love to hear your recommendations.

I find Micro Nich finder to be a good niche discovery tool. But if you are looking for a the best keyword tool, defenitely go for AdWord Analyzer.

Thanks for your advice, the only thing about Micro Niche Finder is that even though you download the application you never actually own the product as all the information comes from different servers.
