Site video embedding: Should I use Vimeo Plus or Amazon S3 with a video player?

I am looking to embed videos on my blog - I was to have some freedom with regard to video frame design and control over what appears at the end of the video (i.e. not like Youtube video endings where it prompts the viewer to watch more etc).

I need to do it on a budget so what might be my best option - Vimeo Plus or a S3 with a Video Player.

    You can, I believe control youtubes "suggestions screen" at the end of the video if it's your video.

      Ariah is correct. When you upload a video to YouTube and go to get the embed code there is a box you can uncheck that makes it not show suggested videos at the end.
