What do you think about this domain name for selling purposes?

I'll be honest and hope not to offend you. (I've bought and sold a couple of hundred domain-names so I'm not clueless, but I'm still guessing, and I can be wrong, too).

The hyphens don't matter. Much. The fact that it's 10 years old is worth something, when you're selling. I'd be able to sell it for more than reg-fee. I'd approach network marketing people (distributors, not companies) and similar folk with it. This is just what I'd do. I wouldn't have registered it, myself. But I'd be able to sell it for $50 easily enough, by having my VA send out some emails. I might get lucky and get $100 for it. I wouldn't be looking for more (though obviously I wouldn't tell anyone that, and anyone potentially interested has to name a figure before I do), and I'm not saying it's "worth" that, at all.

What it's worth is what someone will pay. It's honestly as simple as that.

Its value to you depends on your skills at identifying, approaching and negotiating with the people to whom it's potentially worth more than reg-fee, because of the nature of their business. ("Go figure" - that's true of all domain-names! ).

It's not about "where you sell it". It's about "who knows it's for sale", and sometimes it's about their "last and final offer, by email, within 24 hours" or whatever.

It helps to "not care about or be attached to individual results because the process is what matters". (Oops, I said that out loud, didn't I? )
