I was wondering if any of the members set goals for your online business accomplishments? When I say goals I mean things like: Research 5 new affiliate products a month Promote/market 5 affiliate sites this year with a goal of $1500-$2000 per product per month. Etc.... Considering MMO online, from my POV, is a business, do you set goals or do you just "go with the wind" and hope that you sale something? |

Goal Setting is a fantastic tool however if it hasn't been accomplished with the adequate effort required to make it a part of your every day operation it won't be effective. I've used many different goal programs however a few years ago Paul Myers sent a link for his Goal Setting Program and I've been hooked on his ever since. It requires one to really take a thorough inventory of your assets, both physical tools and those inside of you as a human being. I'd post the link but I'm not sure if Paul is still offering this resource. If you can find a copy I highly recommend starting there. Hope This Helps All The Best Paul | |

Hi Ron It's called "The Goal Book" and "The Worksheet Booklet" It's a really effective combination I'd suggest reading the Goal Book than go back and use the workbook. I have a link but I'm not sure Paul Myers wants it Published. However Paul offered it Free with a subscription to "Talk Biz" his newsletter a few years ago. Hopefully he'll chime in and republish the link. I can't speak for him but it was a very generous offer for a fantastic Goal Setting resource. Paul |

Goals are definitely a must! Of courser, you may fail to reach them all, but they allow you to stay focused and motivated. I have yearly, monthly, weekly and even daily goals. |

I set yearly goals. The only problem is that I have a hard time maintaining the enthusiasm I had at the beginning of the year. When the year first started I was kicking a**, now my motivation is weakining. But I am still close to accomplishing what I want to accomplish. I found that long term goals broken down into short term goals works best for me.
