Godaddy Acount Locked

So yesterday I helped my sister create a Godaddy account so she could buy her own domain name (Then link it to my shared web hosting), in the contact details we put slightly altered information (phone number one digit out etc.), non the less it was fake information. I did this because I saw all my detail up on the web and didn't want the same to happen to her. Today while trying to log into the account it said it was locked, I checked the email and it said I needed to upload ID the next time I log in .

I have not had any option while logging in to upload ID therefore I decided to ring them, non of the options available were related to my problem so I canceled.

My question is, if I try get through to a person what will they ask? I don't mind using real if I have to, obviously I would prefer not to.
Also it said: "If we do not receive the requested documentation within the next 48 hours, your order(s) may be cancelled for your protection." does this mean they will cancel the orders and the domain will be buyable again? (I would do it from my account)

The solution to this - in so far as there is one - is to buy "privacy protection" with the domain-name, not to provide false information. (If you - and your sister - register domains at Namecheap instead of at GoDaddy, the first year's "privacy protection" is included free of charge with the domain registration.)

There's always a risk of forfeiting domains registered with false information. I'm no lawyer, but there are laws about this, or at the very least "regulations".

Sorry, I don't know. (GoDaddy is not noted for what one might call "consistency of approach". But this could perhaps still turn out to be easily remedied. It may be much easier/better if your sister calls them, though, if the attempted registration was through an account opened in her name?).
