There are five possible answers to this question.

They are (in this order, note!) "no", "no", "no", "no" and "no".

These threads (and many others) explain why ...

Don't get talked into buying any SEO gigs there, offered by people with good "testimonials": those are of course written on the day the service is supplied, not when their sites get de-indexed or heavily penalized 3-6-9 months later! There's no way of controlling what happens: the provider can claim to do it manually but it can be automated, they can use software, it's all terribly unpredictable and dangerous. If you find yourself tempted, take a look through the SEO forum here in which many people explain what happened to them after they tried this, in spite of all their "SEO understanding", care and caution! - it doesn't bear thinking about!

By the way, don't buy any backlinks anywhere else, either. They're unlikely to help you and not worth the risk. Google is firmly and clearly committed to identifying and penalizing the sites of people who "buy backlinks" because they (rightly!) regard it as "behavior designed to manipulate their ranking algorithms".

And by the way by the way, SEO questions belong here: Search Engine Optimization

You need to do your research on the seller first. See how he submits them and if they are dripped fed or not. You don't want a bunch of links one day and then nothing for a while and then another bunch of backlinks. Does not look natural! There is good business on fiverr but you need to qualify the sellers first.

You won't get "backlinks" for $5. And by that I mean you'll most likely be penalized.

It's not about buying backlinks from Fiverr that's the risk, it's buying backlinks full stop. Bulk links can help your rankings, but not when they are pointed at your money site; they need to be well down the link juice trail in tiers 3 and 4 (and 2 if they are higher quality Web 2.0s).

If you're going to buy SEO services your best bet is to speak to reputable SEO's with plenty of testimonials here on the WF; a quality SEO guy will ask about your sites and build a bespoke solution that suits you rather than just try to sell you one of their standard services.

    Hope this helps.

I buy links from Fiverr quite often but I only order gigs that offer a single High PR link. In many cases I was able to rank my pages higher in a matter of days!
I'd stay away from gigs offering hundreds and thousands of links - that is the fastest way to get your site in trouble.
    Good luck
