Help! What's the best way to set up affiliate program with recurring products

Hi Fellow Warriors,

I need help with a problem I just discovered. And it's pretty urgent too...

I'm helping a friend with her marketing, and the affiliate program with 1shoppingcart
works great -- but not for recurring products.

Unless you have a merchant account, which she might get eventually, but she's not
based in the U.S nor a U.S. citizen, so this can take some doing (i.e., starting a corporation
in the U.S.) and will definitely not be as fast as she want this to happen.

And PayPal is great for recurring products, but I don't see how you can set up an affiliate
program through PayPal? Not for recurring products anyway. At least I don't think Rapid
Action Script does recurring products. Or does it?

Of course there's Clickbank too... though that will take at least a few days to set up
and get approved probably, but if that's the only option, I suppose ...

Anyway, I'm sure somebody here has a solution I haven't thought of... (I hope).

You could use Paydotcom.com, or buy a script like idevaffiliate.com

Delavo is free...but the plugins cost some money....depenmding on what you need...its complicated though...so you wont have it ready tomorrow

I didn't know either of those software/script options. I think I'll check out idevaffiliate.com
first. If it works and is reasonably easy to use, that could fit the bill!

And yes, Paydotcom.com is another option. I wonder how long it'll take to get set up
over there...

There's no approval process at PayDotcom so you can set it up straight away.

will idevaffiliate.com work through PayPal? And with recurring payments?

I couldn't figure it out from the website.

The Rapid Action Profits script with the PayPal add on does recurring billing and affiliate management, all under one roof. If you get the combo package, it comes with the membership add on also.

That's a great recommendation! I didn't know about Nanacast. I guess it would be a best as a replacement for the whole shoppingcart thing... And since my friend is in Canada...

Just as a supplement, without switching over completely, though, it's a bit more pricey
than what she was looking for. But way better than starting a corporation in the U.S., at
least for the time being.
