Which Non-PPC marketing campaigns have worked for you?

I know alot of internet marketers rely on ppc to improve their conversion rates and increase sales. However, there are obviously non-ppc ways to make money online. For example, article marketing, forum marketing, email marketing, social media marketing. Can you share which ones have worked best for your online business? Do you use combinations of different marketing techniques? Share the wealth of knowledge people!

    The only way I can think of that using PPC would increase conversion rates would be to generate targeted traffic on demand for testing purposes.

    Anything on your list, properly and diligently applied, can generate targeted traffic, but you still have to sell something to make money, online or off.

    It could be your product. Or someone else's product, as an affiliate. Or you could sell the traffic itself (AdSense and the like). Or you could sell the opportunity to make a sale (lead generation and CPA offers). Or...

    Once you know what you want to sell, you figure out how to connect with the people buying that. Actually, this is bass-ackwards. It's an easier sale to find what a group of people you can contact wants to buy, and offer it to them.

    Once you've identified a potential match between a group of people and a product or service, the best method is the one you will actually DO.

    Use the search feature here on the forum, and you'll find great advice on using all of the things you mentioned. Used properly, they all work.
