Wordpress Tag Cloud Widget Issue!

So I outsourced the design of my wordpress blog to a guy in india. He did an awesome job but i just recently updated to the newest version of wordpress and now all of a sudden, right when I did this my tag cloud expanded.

Easy fix right... call the outsourcer. Well he's gone MIA. Can't get ahold of him.

The tag cloud used to be tight, maybe 300 or 400 pixels tall with all of the tags really close together. Now it goes all the way down the page which looks bad on the individual post pages.

Anyone know how I can get this fixed?

Thank you in advance.

The <a> tags in your sidebar are being displayed as 'block' items - meaning one line apiece instead of inline. That's laid out in the stylesheet - BUT

It appears that *possibly* the designer didn't register the sidebars correctly because it doesn't look like any of the widget classes are showing up like they should. To fix that will mean fixing the sidebar registration call in your functions.php theme file.

THEN you can fix the widget <a> display:block issue in the stylesheet by targeting the tag cloud widget specifically.

    Clear as mud?

No non-technical way. It's all in how the anchor text is being told how to display.

If you can't get to your developer in a reasonable time, let me know. Buy me a beer ( AMP, actually, ) , I can help you out.
