Monetizing Commercial Real Estate Rentals Site
Hi,
Would anyone have any suggestions on how to monetize a commercial real estate rentals listing website?
I know that you can have advertising and possibly sponsors on the site, but was curious if there was any other possibilities?
Most of the products I see are aimed at people looking to learn to buy commercial real estate but not about the world of rentals.
I was wondering if there could be any synergy with affiliate products like software and ebooks too?
Would Google Hangouts help?
These would also be 3rd party listings, so it might not involve referral fees necessarily from the actual brokers, since it would be more of a aggregation site.
