Mobile Pin Submit Dating

I'm well backed with investment and experienced in the dating vertical, however mainly the web game. I'm looking into a new project for a mobile pin submit dating site as our first main mobile project.
Currently in research stage and trying to piece everything together in order to get a plan together and get things moving forward.
My concerns are the merchant side of things, does anyone know a 1 click billing service for mobile that work in a lot of countries, don't take insane margins, accept adult and don't hold the funds for all that long?
Also, any impact on the project would be greatly appreciated!
