Just found out someone re-skinned my graphics for their WSO...

Is buying my product, re-skinning them (obvious exact placement, sizes, etc.) and selling as part of his WSO Bad ethics? I think so. Especially considering he's selling 'anti piracy' graphics as part of his package.

I'm not going to name drop because I'm not that kind of person. I just wanted to let them know that I know and more importantly let you know to pay attention to other WSO's to make sure they are not using your graphics/videos/info/etc.

      Thanks for the warning. Please also "report" the WSO sales post to the moderators, giving clear details of what's happened, and evidence of your assertion. Doing this makes the forum a better place for all of us, in the long run.

    Yes i agree simply click the red triangel on the Wso post and report it.

    Just make sure to add proof or there's not much they can do about it

        The triangle is pretty small! For sure still do the report as I have a feeling it was me that contacted you right after you posted the thread and I don't have any power to remove the WSO.

        As I mentioned in my PM to you most of the time derivative images are still protected by US copyright law so for sure I would stand my ground on this one if you do indeed hold the copyright on the original images. If reporting the thread does not get it done then you can always file DMCA notices. If you have not tried to contact the seller personally then I would try that as well.           I just finished reporting it as well, thank you. I didn't contact the seller yet but I'm going to. I understand he might have outsourced the project and it is possible someone he hired might have used mine as a template thinking nobody would find out. Things like that do happen so I'm giving the guy the benefit of the doubt.

          Like I mentioned before, my post was mainly just to let others know to keep an eye out for this sort of thing and to let him know that I know so if he is guilty he might update his package or just delete those items from his offering. I'm curious to see how it unfolds.
