Registering With eBay Enterprise Network

Hi,
I'm pretty new to affiliate marketing and have recently set up my website. I was looking into a few affiliate programs to promote and found one that would fit my niche. The only thing is they're partnered with eBay Enterprise Network (EEN) and I'm not quite sure how they operate or what they are. All I know is they were formerly known as Pepperjam, and then eBay came along and purchased it.

I conducted some research on the affiliate program and most of the information I found was on eBay Partner Network(EPN). From what I've read they're two separate entities.

First I'd like to ask, what's the difference between EPN and EEN?

Next, how strict is the application process for EEN?
Upon reading some previous forums, it seems the application process for EPN is extremely strict and almost impossible to get into. I even read a blog post which claimed you should have at least 30 content pages on your niche before considering signing up with EPN, If anyone can attest to this, please reply.

How much traffic should your website be getting?
My website is still relatively new and I've yet to add any affiliates to it. I have polished up my site so as to make it look as professional and not spammy looking. I've included an "about us" page a contact page with a contact form - basically made it look legit.

Should you have a record of sales with other affiliates?
I read this was a BIG NO-NO on EPN. However, I came across one forum where one of the users included a detailed record of previous sales (as well as traffic stats) and was accepted into EEN.

I guess what it really boils down to is...
Can a complete beginner to affiliate marketing be accepted into EEN with little traffic and no record of sales?

I would greatly appreciate any advice you have.
If you happen to be partnered with EEN, I would also like to ask how your experience with them has been.

Thanks in advance!

EPN is promoting products sold on eBay.

EEN is for promoting other merchant websites like Target.

EPN is the harder of the two to be approved for. Be prepared to have a decent looking site. No one looks at, or can look at sales in other networks.

Thanks for the info David, I truly appreciate it!
Would you happen to be part of either affiliate program?
Also, does that mean someone with no prior online sales can get into EEN?
