Please Cut Out the Noise!
I felt it is time I talked about something that's so obvious and common sense but seems to be lost on a lot of us.
You got to do this:
1. Find a process
2. Set it up
3. Stabilize
4. Scale
That is it.
You just can't go wrong. Why so many distractions before you complete these four steps?
Why do you think the new process is better than what you are doing if you haven't completed this in the first place?
And why in the world do you want to succeed in the first attempt itself?
You have to fail. Learn. Then succeed.
In every field for everyone involved, this is the norm.
It has to happen this way. If you succeed without failing you wouldn't understand the worth, finer details of the business.
Have the courage to fail, have the commitment to get through the process and common sense to understand that until you set something up you can't see money.
Cut out the noise. Get to work.
I am no guru, but jus' another guy who went through the first four steps and feels good about himself
All the best!
