Where can I find newbie marketing blogs to promote?

I have an outsource team and I'm training my crew to find free traffic through influence marketing. The problem is we've gone through all my blog posts and need more marketing / SEO blog posts to share through influence marketing (social networks and thought leader sites). Is there a list of NEWBIE marketing blogs out there so I can promote those for free? They get exposure, my crew gets training regarding proper traffic generation through influence outreach. Win Win situation.

I'd like a blog round up list.

I'm not looking for established blogs since they already have traffic. I'm looking for smaller folk. One key requirement though, the blogs must have at least 30 posts already, otherwise the quality might not be there. I can only promote quality posts.

Can anyone help me regarding this free marketing initiative?

    Yea, it's free. No guarantees regarding results though. I'm training my crew to work to try and make stuff go viral on social media networks. Also, through influence leader outreach. People who are recognized names in niches often need new stuff to share so they can look credible. We suggest stuff for them to share.
    The blogs we promote for free must be quality though. No BS. Also, must already have more than 30 posts.

      As I mentioned above, I am looking for marketing blogs. Blogs that talk about SEO/SEM/SMM that kind of thing. In other words, blogs that discuss info INFLUENCE LEADERS on social media would be interested in.
