Default How do you keep track of multiple sites/blogs?

How do you keep track of your sites and or blogs?

Do you have a centralized place or tool that lets you see all of you sites in one place and keep track of things like traffic, rankings and the like?

I've got a handful of site and I'm feeling totally unorganized because I don't have a central place to track and manage performance information. I'm spending too much time looking for information like rankings, passwords and other site related details. Especially performance information.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Personally I like Spreadsheets. Create a master sheet for sites with url, keywords, email addresses (I have several for each site based on what I'm doing to promote), etc.

I also like imacros and roboform for account access... saves a ton of time. I also like SEO Elite... lots of ways to leverage it for competitive analysis and keeping track of ranking... the downside is that Google will quickly block your IP Address when you do ranking queries.

But if you have so many sites you can not keep track of them... then it's probably a good idea to sell off some until you get to a manageable amount. There are only so many hours in a day and just trying to manage a big mass of anything is not a good strategy.

A couple of really good sites with good content is much more profitable than a dozen average sites with average content.

I don't know what a handful is... but to me it's more than a dozen

I have a main WordPress blog that I've used forever, and in the admin control panel I add disabled links. The site visitors can't see them, but I can log into the control panel and have access to all my various stuff.

I don't have a whole lot of stuff, though. If I had hundreds of blogs, this wouldn't work.

i too use an excel spreadsheet with tabs of all of my websites. I also have a spreadsheet for keyword research. Nothing fancy but it works for me. (probably because i do not have that many sites)
