Niche Site Built - Need Some Advice

I have built a amazon affiliate niche site and have chosen keywords with very low competition and a decent amount of traffic however I am at a stand still now as it needs some work doing to it. I have wrote about 6 pages of content for the keywords i would like to rank for however I'd like to outsource at least another 5 articles. Does anybody know a rough fixed price i should offer for this?

I was wondering if there is anywhere i can go (online) and have someone go over the site fix up the onsite SEO a little better and help out with some offsite SEO (I was thinking of asking on Odesk, but do not want spammy back links etc so any suggestions on how to post the job would be great). To my knowledge i need to have it social bookmarked, pdf versions of the site posted on pdf sites, and would like to pay for 1000 targeted Facebook fans. Does anyone know a rough fixed price I should offer for this?

In general I'm looking to have the site completed by the end of the month and i am looking to pay someone with knowledge of niche sites to help me to get it ranked and bringing in an income. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is quite hard to understand I'm just wary about giving anything away.
