New here looking for advice

Hey guy I'm new here just joined.

Want to get your views and suggestion on how much I should be paying per week/month for advertising space. I'm not looking to advertise on big websites but small ones only want to spend maximum £50 $80 per week. Any suggestions?

    Hi & Welcome,

It would depend on what market you are in and what you want to achieve with your marketing activity. I'm sure you will get more/better responses if you can give more information.

    Mark.

Thanks for the reply, one of my business is affiliate based so it's wide range of sectors.

Reason I ask is because I find most websites charge high fees like £300 per week. That's well out of my budget.

Buysellads might be right for you, you can directly buy ad space on relevant websites.

If you want to buy banner space then buysellads is indeed a good option, you'll find plenty of sites on a variety on topics.

But perhaps it would be better to start with ppc as this will probably give you better results. You can really target the people who are interested in your offers, with banner ads it's only the people that visit that particular site. Bing ads or fb ads might be a good place to get started.

Depending on your niche you can try mobile ads. You can make some money and the move on to bigger platforms. The budget you have might not be sufficient to advertise on top tier sites on BSA, but then again it depends on your niche.

The prices depend on the website you want to place your ads on. I prefer PPC though. With PPC, targetted views are guaranteed and you only pay when someone clicks on your ads. I recommend Bing ads for PPC since you have a relatively small ad budget.

I have also had some success with Bing ads but with PPC you have to find the balance between the demand for your niche and the traffic you can drive with your ads.

If you have a high demand the cost per click may cut into your profit as your advertising cost go up. You need to keep on top of it and keep tweaking your ads, keywords and bids.
