Clickbank Question

For the past few days my "order form sale conversion" has been going up but I don't see the sale recorded in my transactions.. Last month I got a sale it was recorded but I looked at my stats and nothing showed. Anyone else having problems?

    Don't worry too much!

    I have seen this happen a lot and sometimes it can take a few hours to a few days for the analytics to catch up.

    This happens from time to time. While I'm not totally sure what causes it (a glitch or perhaps someone signing up for a trial membership to something), I have just learned to get over it. It's just one of those things. Instead, I prefer to focus on making more commissions to make up for any potential loss.

    Should I contact clickbank? This is like the 3-4 day in a row my "order forum sale conversion has gone up.I wonder if its an actual clitch or actual sales..

    anyone? Just checked my stats again and now its at %33.00 with no sale recorded..

      Hi KB,

      Yes, if it is still not recording OR you feel that there is a problem you are best off contacting Clickbank directly as they are the only people that will be able to look at your account.

    Clickbank can do that sometimes. It can be tough sometimes because the site doesn't always work instantly. It takes about an hour or so to record everything.
