Hi there, I have a domain for sale... do I have to pay to list my domain for sale?

Please let me know the link of the right place to advertise.

    Yes you do.

    I think you can list it in either the classified ads, or complete websites for sale sections.

    There's a sticky thread at the top of those pages that explain how to post there, criteria, and how much it costs to bump your thread too.

    You could also likely launch it as a WSO. Whatever you do, it'll be a paid listing.

      No, you don't necessarily have to pay.

      As you've already discovered, we're allowed some text in our signature-files where you can advertise free of charge (as long as you don't abuse the privilege, for example by posting in a way that draws attention to your signature).

    Actually, I've sold at least 100 domains in the WSO forum
    I was under the impression it had to be something available elsewhere at regular price. Hence the Warrior Special offer.

      Offering a good domain for a good price could be "special".

      You have a long term member who sold 100 domains as WSOs - and two other members telling him he can't or shouldn't? Why not just say "didn't know you could do that" instead of arguing it can't be done?

    In the past, a domain was allowed to be sold in the WSO section, provided it was only offered there.

    Doesn't get a lot more exclusive than "There's only one available, and you get first shot at it."
