Media Buying Nube! Where to learn? (done with "free traffic" and JVs)

Hi all,

I have a few information products (clickbank type stuff) and I've worked with some media buyers before who do media buys for my products.

And to this point I pretty much work my butt of trying to attract affiliates and media buyers. It works okay; however, I'd really like to be able to do my own media buying, have control over my traffic, and get quicker (on demand) traffic.

And as everyone knows anyone knows anyway ...there's no such thing as "free traffic" whether. SEO takes time (and money) ...and you split very large percentage of commissions with affiliates/JVs.

So how would you all recommend I learn about media buying? I've had some media buyers send huge traffic to my sites before ...but where do they get these amounts (and still make money)?

I know you can do Adwords, Facebook, etc ...but there seems to be just about a million other advertising networks.

So first, is there a quality resources, course, information out there to teach someone how to effectively get into and master media buying?

And what are some of the top sources of traffic out there?


Do you recommend buying ads at:

1) ad networks like Facebook, Adwords, etc

2) advertising companies/networks like casalemedia.com, Clicksor, pulse360, etc.

3) Or pick out larger and targeted sites my target market would visit and just buy from the website owner?
