Is This Cookie Stuffing? Don't Want To Get Banned!

Hey Warriors,

Can anyone tell me if the pages created with Cloaker Buzz stuff cookies? When I generate a page I just input my affiliate link, the merchant's URL and a HTML page is created. I took a look at the code thinking it's something I could do manually (like a redirect) and seen that it was javascript but doesn't seem to call the script from anywhere?

The code looks like:

It's just ASCII encoded in hexadecimal form...

%77%69%6e%64%6f%77%2e%73%74%61%74%75%73%3d%27%4f%7 0%65%6e%69%6e%67%20%%50%61%67%65 = window.status='Opening Page
