Affiliate marketing for investment products

I am looking at expanding the reach of my real estate/investment businesses and am wondering whether setting up an affiliate program is the right way to go.
The products themselves are not one-offs, i.e. there would be 400 hotel rooms for sale as an investment, making marketing a lot easier.
Referral fees are also big and would be starting at $1,000 per sale.
So all the ingredients are there, but I am wondering if it would actually work and where the best place to get affiliates would be?
