I would focus on doubling the value of the blog, and work it well into perpetuity.

    What would you do?

It depends what the blog is. If it's an evergreen site that will continue to make money, I would prefer the residual income. If it was selling physical products, I'd try to grow it, but if it is content site that makes money from advertising, I would probably do a quick sell. Google is unpredictable, so I'd hate for that income to be slashed in half or worse, if it was depending on Google traffic.

Not sure if you are asking an actual question, if so more info on the site would be needed.

If you go by the 10x monthly profit rule that used to be around you could sell the blog for 50k - 100k. It would depend on if you needed a lump sum or not.

You would get 200k for it if you sold it. So I would sell it.

    Hi MMP,

One question; Do you like blogging? Do you have a passion for your blog?

If yes, if you love it, keep blogging.

If you don't like blogging, sell it.

    Simple, right?

I'd keep working on the blog and then work towards improving it on a daily basis. Most importantly i'd concentrate on improving the quality of the blog.

Many bloggers have learned the hard way not to quit the day job. After a Google update, your traffic can easily get halved or disappear and along with it your money source. And, even if you're not depending on Google for traffic, you might run into competition who uses the same traffic sources. I'd say keep the job and blog and set it up with good management/staff so that it gets a steady stream of good content daily even if you don't have time for it.

Make money with blog is hard, but it the best business that i never done.

If you love it you can do it, but only if you like, because to earn with blog, you must to work hard on it with quality articles, and only if you have quality articles you can earn with it.

With blog you can earn, for example, with affiliate, or if you give a really right advice to your visitors, you can earn with CPA.

There are several ways to earn with the blog, which depends on the blog and niche.

I keep those, build them, let them grow further, outsource most of the maintenance work to a VA, and continue to start off another new one - in another, new niche - once or twice a year. Sites like that are part of my "business assets" (secondary in value to the value of my subscriber-lists, of course, but the two are really inextricably related, since the subscriber-lists are built from the blogs/sites anyway).

I will focus on driving more traffic to it and develop
a plan on creating more revenue opportunities for the site.

I'll also add more products, test the conversions, get
a new traffic source and get more people to help grow
    the business
