Quality Voice Overs for Internet Marketers - Good Idea?

IM products are sold with crappy voice overs every day.

Would you as an internet marketer pay $39 for up to 10 minutes of professionally recorded audio?
Would you pay $99 for up to an hour of professionally recorded audio?

I'm not a rookie, or a kid with a new USB mic, I'm a pro and charge my normal clients a lot of money, have a professional studio with high end equipment.

Curious to find out if there is a market for good audio instead of the crap I hear almost every time I buy a product or view a sales page.

      Thanks for your response David, I'd post a link to some of my work but I'm not sure if that's acceptable. I thought that approaching Internet Marketers might be a good idea but since so many of the things I hear are, in my opinion, not good at all, I thought maybe they don't care about the quality.

    If it's good quality then you'll definitely be able to get work. I use voiceover people from time to time and pay up to $50 per minute because I want quality.

    In this day and age people who are selling text based products should also be including an mp3 audio version as well that people can listen to when on the move.

    Perhaps that could be the niche you go after. You could brand yourself as the guy who will turn your text products into mp3 audios.

      Thanks for the feedback Will.

      I'm not sure how long I'd want to do voice overs at that rate but I find it extremely frustrating when I hear well known Internet Marketers put out stuff with audio I can hardly listen to. Maybe I'm too much of a perfectionist but some of the products I hear are not good at all and I would think they would want better quality.

        Hopefully I've changed the website in my profile correctly and you can hear my demo's.

        That should end all doubt as to whether or not I am a professional, although I realize I need to add a demo for Internet Marketers.

    I think you are going on the right direction. IM is evolving fast and things like voiceovers and whiteboard animation are in high demand. I'm sure if the quality is good, you will have regular customers.

    The good part is if you have a list of satisfied customers, they'd keeping coming back to you repeatedly with more work (so they have consistency in their audios/videos), so that takes the pain out of the marketing part.

      Thanks for your input. I have repeat customers already just not in the Internet Marketing niche. It's funny you would say "so they have consistency in their audios/videos)" because I was thinking the exact same thing.

    You could post a Warrior For Hire thread to present your offer and link to it in your sig file. That would be a pretty cheap way to test the demand for such an offer.

I realize that my prices might be too inexpensive and because of that some people wouldn't even listen to the demos. I guess we will find out. Any thoughts on price?
