If your selling your own ebook, or if you see an ebook, what is the suggest price you ask for it, or buy it from..?

No one can give you an answer for this. Or you need to provide more info.
Price depends on what niche is, number of page, info that is in book and so on.

What i can say you about price is this:
is easy to sell 10 boks at 100$ then to sell 100 boks at 10$.

Think an ebook of $5-$10 sells more than a ebook of $100...

  Your interest is about profit not about number of sales. Or you are interested about number of sales if you want to build a list of buyers to.
  
  To answer your question is hard. but if you really think is an good product and bring value try to sell it between this price range 10-20$. Usual you sell information..if the info is a good value or something new is no need to sell it cheap.
  
  I have seen a lot of wso that had 10-20 pages and sell for 17$ or 25$...is all about the info you provide.

  At the end of the day three different things matter here:
  
  1. Traffic source
  2. Actual value offered in your ebook.
  3. Perceived value of your ebook aka your marketing skills.
  
  If the hype is good and you have big names in your industry talking about your product you wouldn't have trouble selling it for $100 a piece too.

  What about $77? That is a good price and it gets you bigger income then if you were selling for $37.

IM, Weightloss, foods etc 30-60$
educational ,easy guides 10-15$
