Any WordPress theme designer/programmers here?

First, if this is the the wrong place to post a question like this, accept my apologies and kindly point me in the right direction.

I'm in need of someone who both knows how to develop custom WP sites, even those with special features on the back end (custom fields, etc).

But also someone who can kick out some professional looking themes- or has access to quality designers.

I've got a good bit of work coming my way and needing some outsourcing options.

I'm going the elance route as well, but rather work with a fellow warrior...

    I employ a Phillipino VA full-time and she is terrific with wordpress. Her strengths are Wordpress and graphics. I "share" her from time to time simply because I don't have enough stuff to keep up with her all the time. If its not too complicated of WP work, PM me and let me know what you have. I'm sure she could help you out.

      I'm a reasonably competent php programmer / database designer and do the odd custom code for WordPress.

      Depending on what is needed, I might well be able to do it. Unfortunately, when it comes to graphics / layouts (themes), I'm a bit sub par unless you are simply looking for clean and uncluttered without graphics.

      Anywise, I'm very busy at the moment, but if you needed something reasonably simple done, I might be able to take a bit and put it together for you.
