Default Wordpress and Keyword Questions

Hi Warriors!

3 Questions:

1) RE Wordpress: I created a WordPress site once and I'm SURE there was an easy option (something like a check box) which allowed me to pick a page (or was it a post) and specify that page to always at the top. I DIDN'T have to install any plugins or anything, it was just a standard option.
Now, I can't find it no matter how hard I look.

2) RE Keywords for SEO: , is there a limit to how many keywords you should put in your <meta name="keywords" content="..." ?

3) RE Keywords for SEO 2: are you supposed to leave spaces like this content="money, make money, earn cash, work from home", or should it be without spaces like this: content="money, make money, earn cash, work from home"?

Thanks in advance!

Reply: It is there in Settings/Reading tab in your admin dashboard.

2) RE Keywords for SEO: , is there a limit to how many keywords you should put in your <meta name="keywords" content="..." ?

Reply: No, as long as the keywords are relevant to the page. Use the main kw first, with related relevant kws following.

3) RE Keywords for SEO 2: are you supposed to leave spaces like this content="money, make money, earn cash, work from home", or should it be without spaces like this: content="money, make money, earn cash, work from home"?

Reply: It doesn't matter. I use it without spaces, though.

Thanks in advance!

1. It is called sticky post and is in the quick edit or the posting tab edit.

2. Yes there is a limit. The more you use the more diluted they become. 5 to 10 per article, post etc is more than enough.

3. Last one doesn't matter to much as reported.

Not on my Word Press site!

I'm not asking about keywords on an article or a 'post'. I'm talking about keywords in the meta tags on your websites.
Eg. your index.html page. Is there are limit or point where you're hurting yourself for ranking with regard to keyword number?

3. Last one doesn't matter to much as reported.

Cheers

The sticky post is in version 2.7 and above.

Keywords in your main site index are done using the all in One SEo plugin.

It is good practice not to use more than 7 as it will start to dilute your efforts.

You set up 7 good ones for the main site but you add different ones to your page or post using the ALL in one plugin again.
