What to call a links page on a blog?

I'm planning on adding a links page to my Wordpress blog, with lots of links to helpful sites and tools. I want it to be an integral part of my blog that a lot of readers will go to. I was just wondering what you guys recommend I call this page? I want as many clicks to it as possible, would 'Links' or 'Link Directory' do this? I'm not sure  I'm also thinking of putting some info about this page in the welcome message.

I'd call it "resources", "recommended sites" or something like that. It doesn't really matter much IMO.

'Recommended sites' is a bit vague I feel, but I like 'resources' Maybe 'resources and tools' or something would be good.

    Hey Cubalo,

Why not call it "resources" or other "resources"?

That's what they will be right - resources for your readers?

Or you can even go with keyword for the topic of your blog too as in "other marketing resources" depending on how much space you have in your tabs or navbar.

    Just some thoughts ...

I think I'm gonna try calling it 'links, resources and tools'. It doesn't look very attractive in the tabs but I think it explains to the reader what I'm offering them very well. I'm also editing the welcome message to encourage them to go there

Yeah, that sounds good, but I would drop the "links" though - maybe.. This way your readers will know there are more resources for them.

Btw, you're right. Can't have those long descriptions in the tabs. The same is true in the navbars.

I have two opinions on this matter. I like "Links" as a webmaster. With the increasing importance of link trades in this day or internet marketing, the word most of us are scanning for is Links.

As a web consumer, I like Resources. I would personally keep the tab shorter than "links, resources and tools". Perhaps "Links/Resources"?

I would imagine that most people clicking on the word 'Resources' expect to find links to other websites/products that you recommend, so word 'Links' not really needed.

    I personally like "Useful Resources"
and I categories into groups so that
it makes it easy my readers to browse
    through them. =)
