Is Landing page permited in Article directories ?

It'll depend on the article directory, but more than likely - yes, you'll be allowed to do that.

Normally, they don't like direct affiliate links, but a link to your landing page - will probably be acceptable.

Once an article is in Ezine Articles, there's no additional benefit from having it in other article directories, too.

And if it isn't in Ezine Articles, well ... it should be (if you want it in an article directory at all, that is).

You'd be allowed to do that in some other article directories (but I don't recommend it at all).

Now, what do you mean by "landing page"?

Any type of page can be a "landing page", so you must mean something more specific, but I don't know what: are you in fact asking about a squeeze page, or a sales page, or something else?

Ezine Articles will almost certainly not accept a link to either a squeeze page or a sales page (they're not altogether consistent, and it's just possible they might, if you "get past an editor", but it's unlikely).

Before submitting anything to an article directory, it helps to have a very clear understanding of why you're doing it, and what you hope to gain from it. I don't know what your intention is (that's not any kind of criticism - you just didn't mention it in your question), but if your intention is to use an article in a directory as a way of attracting targeted customer traffic to sell your product, that would be an inadvisable use of an article directory. That's not what they're for, and even if you could manage to do that a little bit, it would still be a very poor way to try to do that, because in doing it that way you'd necessarily lose a lot of traffic which you'd be able to keep instead, if you did it a different way. They vary quite a bit, but if we're talking about Ezine Articles (and we ought to be, I think), probably not ... but that depends a little on your clarifying exactly what will be on the page to which you propose to direct traffic with your link.
