How do I market these high value first page rankings?

In the beginning of the year I was playing around with a plugin I purchased and created a silo site. It was more of a test project to see how this plugin works.
Now about 6 months later I have about 30 pages on the first page for their respective keywords. The keywords are 'service + city', eg 'dog trainer chicago'. They get between 50 and 500 searches each per month.
I was thinking about renting these pages on a monthly basis to local service providers and let them put their business information on these pages.

I have two questions
- what would be a fair monthly price if you know that the average customer value is +$5,000 (I don't want to get the maximum value out of this. I would prefer a good price so that the pages rent out fast and I don't waste too much time with finding businesses that want to pay for this) I was thinking about $200 to $300 per month.

- What would be the best approach for marketing this? How do I contact prospects? Emailing, ppc, ... (The site targets cities in the US, but I live in Europe and doing it by phone is not an option)

    Here's my opinion -

Fifty views a month is not much traffic. I don't see the advantages of a local business advertising on your site until you can drive major traffic to it. So the challenge right now is to increase your traffic to the site on a consistent monthly basis so you have something to offer.

For $200-$300 a month, a local business can get a lot of PPC traffic directly to their site. So why would they want to spend that same money for merely an ad on another site? The only reason is if the advertising site sent them tons of traffic.

What I'm saying is your going to have to create tons more traffic than you're getting now for this model to work. No one is going to pay you what you want until you have a high performing site.

You are right, 50 is not that much, the average is between 200 and 300 though. The type of business this site targets doesn't handle that much clients though. One client usually takes up 2 to 3 weeks of their time and brings in a lot of revenue. It's not like a dentist practice who can handle dozens of clients per day.
Sending 50 leads per month to a dentist is different than sending 50 leads per month to, let's say a business that sells tractors.

He didn't say his site receives 50 views per month. That's the search volume of the keywords he has gotten first page rankings for.

I agree with Steve, you need way more traffic to attract potential buyers.
Why should I rent a page that gets me so little traffic?

It would be better for them to create their own website and attract traffic that way much easier.

It depends on the type of business. For instance if you had lawyers or attorneys then I know those guys would be willing to pay a lot. Since this is online traffic you should probably only contact people who have websites (which would enable you to contact them via email or their contact form) since the phone is not an option for you.

Can't say anything about the price; that's totally up to you. That said, the best promotion method for someone in your situation is cold calling via email.

An approach letter followed by a phone call always gets better results.
Also the first goal should be to sell the appt. Get them to agree to a
short meeting with you first, that should increase your chances of success.
Also look for companies that are already spending money on marketing or
    you are wasting your time.
