Best "Membership" Site Company to use to create a membership site?

I'm not tech savvy but I'm looking to create a "Members" only site that allows me to have different levels of membership and different types of memberships entirely.

What company offers the best options for this?

What is the best value for the dollar that perhaps allows me to "grow" into a more comprehensive package over time etc.?

You may want to look up Kajabi. It is pretty easy to use and also the prices aren't too bad. The cheapest plan is 99 dollars per month. Super easy to use and worth the money.

If you use Wordpress, I recommend MemberPress. It’s the best and one of the most popular.

You can create unlimited number of memberships on it. Pricing starts at $99/year and they also have developers edition at 199/year for unlimited sites.

I would not use Kajabi, steep learning curve and it costs quite a lot for someone getting started.

There is one here sold as a WSO but can't quite remember what its called.

You could check thse guys out though as there popular:
WishList Member | Membership Site Software

Kajabi is great for someone who is serious. I like WishList for beginners. It's excellent and can also be easily integrated with WSOs.

For my membership site, I use S2 member integrated with Membeful.

S2 member is great and there are 4 different levels you can choose from, and Memberful is great because you can integrate it with Stripe to accept recurring credit card payments right from your site.

WordPress (free) and s2Member (freemium) or Joomla (also free) and AEC plugin (paid) would be my choices.

I haven't used it, but I have been looking at DigitalAccessPass as an option. It seems to get good reviews. One of the things I have been looking at as a Must Have on my list is the ability to "Drip" content over time based on how long a person has been a member.

Prab, since you say you're not tech savvy, I'd look into Zaxaa (www.zaxaa.com). It's probably the most user-friendly and easy-to-set-up membership solution I've worked with to date.

I'll recommend something different than everyone else
here I suppose... I think MemberMouse is a pretty great
WordPress membership addon. Has a 14 day free trial
also I believe. Lots of the other ones feel outdated to me.

we are using paypal and optimize press.

And have about 1000 people paying us $9.95 USD a month.

These are both good. For this style of business.

Forget about these. Use wordpress and a decent plugin to run your membership magic.

Are you using WordPress on your blog? If so, you don't need to hire a company for setting up a membership area. There are lots of membership plugins that can be installed with one click. It's really simple!

I'm using Kajabi, and for me a big plus is the security of having all the content and tech stuff entirely on their servers and support staff (even though I'm reasonably techie with WP and other membership plugins). I do think this is a factor, especially as membership levels start to climb. You don't want to have a non-loading site at that stage!..

    I'd recommend themembershipscript.com

its as much a site builder as membership script, but has a lot of plugins you can use to expand the site capability.

I'm going to vote for optimize member here too, its the one that comes with the optimize press licenses package. It is a white label version of s2 member so they are very, very similar. Optimize press is an essential tool that I use so having the membership plugin too made sense.

Im not sure if s2 member has a drip feed option but optimize member does and its really easy to configure too.

For straight forward membership sites this is really easy to set up.

I have used wishlist on one site too and this again, is really easy to set up and integrate with paypal and digital marketplaces like clickbank and jvzoo.

I have been using Joomla for many years and their support for different access levels has matured significantly in the last 5 years or so.
