Expert Advice Needed!

I have a chain of Amazon affiliate sites, which are all on separate domains/wordpress installs.

I'm finding it quite annoying to keep up with all of them.

Is there anyways I can combine all these sites and create some kind of super authority review site, all on one domain?

Branding would become a lot easier as well, as I would only have to managed one social media account on all platforms.

Any suggestions?

If I combine them all, the "super" site would have about 400 posts...

Yeah! It’s possible to merge multiple sites together.

    It’s going to be like this: A + B + C + D = E

    Think about rebranding.

It’s just like building a new website. Lots of thoughts will have to go into this.

Why are you rebranding? And will this make your web property stronger or weaker? Would this lead to a better user-experience?

I understand that your desire is to create a powerful web property.

You need a new domain name. One that’s super sweet and sexy. A brand name.

You also need a good webhosting to avoid issues with traffic because those 400 pages are much.

Now, you’ll have to 301 each page on the old URLs to the new URLs. Make sure you don’t make any mistake when doing this.

You’ll also want to create a nice site’s architecture.

Lastly, input each URLs into OSE and find backlinks. Contact the webmasters and tell them about your rebrand. Let them know you have a link pointing to your old URL but now that you’ve rebranded, you’ll like to have that points directly to the new page.

    It’s very easy and simple.

      Thanks for your advice!

Do you think merging all the niches together would be a good move? They range from health to electronics...

...I was thinking they're related. You can't combine health and electronics on the same site. That won't help users.

Basically you would just be creating an amazon site but as the middle man.

Then again there are loads of sites out there that do just that and act as the middle man.

You could use big commerce and turn your site into one big catalogue which is basically what big chains like Target in the US and Argos here in UK are.

It would be a good idea to hire a programmer to help you, because any shopping site theme or template will need the checkout removed and instead have all your affiliate links go to amazon checkout instead but its possible to do.

There may even be a solution out there that does this but I don't know as I don't do amazon affiliate marketing or dropshipping so not familiar with shopping theme set ups.

Your going to find it a lot harder to rank and get traffic to one site then to a bunch of smaller niche sites. If you have a lot of them just put up content, do a little backlinking etc .. and then forget about them. Updates are not really needed.
