Alternatives to Scarcity Samuari for an evergreen launch?

Just spoke to Scarcity Samurai, looks like they have a great product but I need something that can close at, say, midnight PST US x days after signup, however their product closes the corresponding time that the user signed up x days earlier.

Anyone knows any other alternatives for creating an evergreen launch that can achieve this?

Off the top of my head, product Launch Wordpress Theme: Product Launch Wordpress Theme can do something like this with their 'sales funnel' feature: "each individual visitor gets access to each consecutive piece of content counting from the moment he/she joins your mailing list."
