I have access to numerous PLR ebook, my question is, can extract the PDF file from them and translated into SPANISH, and offer for sale only the PDF file?
I'll appreciate all answer

    Of course you can translate PLR content. Choose the files you're interested in and translate them manually or use translation software. However, make sure your PLR books have good grammar. If they're packed with typos, the translation won't be accurate.

    Double-check the rights/license which comes with the PLR you acquire. If it's unrestricted (you can pretty much do as you like with it) then you'd be OK.

    Some PLR does not come with an unrestricted license so there may be some limitations.

    I'd therefore suggest you do make sure you comply with licensing/rights to be on the safe side.

    Assuming that the PLR licenses permit, of course you can do this. In fact, it gets rid of a major headache - "how to create the content with sufficient expertise", assuming that the original content is good.
