Is Mailchimp an effective Free e-mail campaign management Software?

Hi,

I have been using Mailchimp for months now. So far they are doing fine in delivering my campaigns but can't find the value on my conversion. Do you think this is the best e-mail campaign management software that is free? Can you suggest some other platforms?

Thanks!

First, it isn't the email marketing service providers fault you are not finding value on your conversions.
You should look into your email list and see if they are actively clicking or not.

Also try to find quality leads instead.

I use Aweber, it allows me to see the statistics of my subscribers to analyse if they are active or not.

Even the best email software can't guarantee that your emails get opened. You have to consider other factors such as your email headlines and how targeted your email list is. For instance, if everyone on your list signed up just to get a free download, they're not as likely to be as interested in opening future emails after that first freebie as someone who signed up to a list to get regular daily tips. As for checking statistics, most quality email management software/sites will give you this option in your control panel.

    Hey Tina!

    Great questions!

I am not a big fan of free email management services, because of the fact that they do not offer as many features as a one such as GetResponse, which has a monthly subscription.

With GetResponse, my deliverability is really high, and I haven't had any problems. . . maybe think about upgrading?

Also, a great tip that always helps is to have instructions on your opt-in confirmation page that tell your prospect to add you to their contacts.

I sure hope this helps, and if this is confusing, please feel free to PM with more on this.
