You probably won't find a free one but it's not that hard to do if you have a bit of time, depending on how long your article is.

And BTW, i had one website that got many sales from traffic coming from this kind of videos (with voice too), so you shouldn't wait to much before taking action.

You could take extracts of the article and paste it into PowerPoint slides.
In newer versions of PowerPoint you can output the content to a video file or their are online converters to do this.

    Hi All,

    Troy23 has mentioned Powerpoint slides
    and he is right.

    I use Powerpoint slides frequently.

They do not take long to make and
you only need the best parts of your article
    to make a good slide.

You can get quite a lot of traffic from
    Youtube using this method.

    Best Regards
    Ged

You should be able to create a slideshow with Open Office. Also, there are numerous free slideshow software available online and then convert to video for upload to Youtube. Just Google it. You could add a voice over, if you want or hire someone for the job. This will work better and get more views than simply adding music over top of your video.

Make a Power Point Presentation of the key parts of the article and save the file as a windows media movie (.wmv) file.

Open the file in Windows Movie Maker and include the audio file

Do the necessary editing and save on your desktop in am mp4 format.

Now you have a video in an mp4 format

Thanks for breaking down the step, making it clearer to do this video conversion.

If you want turn your article into talking video, you may check out TTS and Article Video Robot. TTS is a one time fee but with some limitation of voice and features, while Article Video Robot (which I'm using now) is a recurring service but with more features and more voice choice.
