Affiliate check from Clickbetter.com dishonored ! Beware!

Hi all,

I have received a $230 US commission check for my effort promoting some of their product. I have deposit the money into my Australian bank account and all seemed fine.

2 weeks later my local bank manager called me that this clickbetter check has been dishonored. WTH ? And ... not only that they had to charged $45 dishonoring fee as it was a international transaction.

I have now sent support ticket to Clickbetter .com and guess what ??? NOTHING ! No reply ! No appology. Nothing. I am sooo not happy with this network and I can only warn other using them.

Totally different in this respect is Clicksure.com. I have been using that network for over a year now and made good 5 figures within a few months and they ALWAYS paid on time, directly into your bank account. No check ! No BS ! Always quick support.

Anyway, just wanted to say that ....

    I have honestly heard of this site, but I am glad to be hearing something like this before I got into it. If anybody else has similar experiences or something about this site worth mentioning, do let this thread know about it.

    That wouldn't surprise me. Thankfully I have only promoted one product .... Will not promote any products from this dodgy network again. Yes, I am keen to hear if anyone else had similar (or opposite) experience.

    It is not possible that a check we sent you was dishonored by our bank. It is possible that your Australian bank was unable to cash it for a number of reasons including that the check had expired, it was deposited incorrectly or into the wrong account etc.

    However you may contact us anytime at support@clickbetter.com and we will reissue a new one to you right away. We do reply to ALL support tickets within 24hrs M-F, so if you did not receive a reply, please check your junk folder or check your email service provider.

    For your convenience, we can also pay you by direct deposit or wire transfer if that is easier for you.

      it happened to me also (Italy): my bank today informed me of two cheques issued in the second half of July 2014 and deposited at the beginning of aug 2014 which bounced!
      It is the same bank where I cashed previous cheques, so I exclude they made something wrong.
      I tried to call you at the US and UK number: no answer. My bank is contacting your bank through the legal office starting today.
      Please advise how to contact you!

        Hi Leonida, unfortunately, sometimes when depositing an international check it is rejected by the receiving bank or an intermediary bank along the way.

    Maybe be it is an issue but I believe they can fix it. We are reading here from staff that they have wire payments and also that they can change check.Which resolves the issue. They have not said we don't pay or payments lag this month ...

    On the other hand some big marketers wouldn't respond even if I wrote repeatedly about my commission.

    Thanks Tom, I have always been weary of clicksure products and find that all the ones I get in my email or junk, garbage in not just straight out scams. All dressed up with fancy sales pages though.

    I am sure there are good product on there and with that said its just the job of the affiliate to find something of value to promote.

    Anyways, thanks for the reply about clickbetter! Something I have found is that clickbank does their best to give you honest, legitimate product and therefor comes a deeper process for vendors to get their products approved.
