How to produce Youtube videos that get views without voice or footage?

Hello,

I just established a new online store in the crafting supplies area.
That's where fotos and videos sell I guess.

Unfortunately I'm really uncomfortable listing to my voice and I'm not that good crafting - more with the details about the products.
So it seems a bit difficult for me to create Youtube videos - others do a lot of sewing or so and shoot themselves and publish it as a tutorial. Not really an option for me :-S
I thought about whiteboard animation - but those seem to fit for information, rather than cute and colourful goods.
I just looked into speech synthesizing, but still: Who needs a Youtube video with 100 views in 3 years?

Any idea on how to solve this in a smart way and get traffic that converts?

Thanks,
Chris

    Hello, Chris8080
In first place you need to make a keywords research to see what you target, after that you can create the videos with VideoMakerFX, kinda easy to use and create good videos, also you'll need to do Youtube SEO, title, description, keywords, also to boost you'r video in the search engine you'll need some likes & views and some backlinks.

I hope that will help you, and now know what to look for...
    Cheers, anorion

Get on fiverr and have the videos made for you.

    All good ideas.
I've got a very, very niche keyword with only a few videos online.
Some of the videos are like an interview, short or similar with almost no views.
And 3 - 5 videos are like 15 min, documentary or video training.
It needs to be in German for us (German shop) so I don't think I can get anything for a fiverr here and it seems as quality/idea is king here.

I could simply create a slideshow or anything of our products, but who will watch this?
My question is more about what to put into this video (since we can't easily produce some infographics and animate them - or physically we can, we just don't reach our market with this)

I am admin for a linkedin group with 1500 freelance translators and interpreters of all shapes and sizes.
Not sure about german voice over but its worth a try if you want me to drop a link or ad?

What's wrong with your voice? You don't have to listen to your own videos...

In order for a video to get lots of view, you also need to think about promoting it.
You can create the most hilarious video in the world, but if nobody can see it, it won't be shared.

Whiteboard videos are not used for information only. Since they are attractive, I think they have the potential to also generate a lot of views. The background music is also important.

The new software Explaindio that has just been released could also be of a great use

For tutorial videos, you can get away with creating a Powerpoint display with text and photos/video illustrating what you are describing and some good royalty free background music.

You can surely use powerpoint slideshow with good pictures and write-ups to illustrate your message and save it as windows media, and you can use any free background music from youtube after uploading.

Take a few pictures of your crafts. Make a video slide show with the pictures. Add some music in the background.

You can try a gig from Fiverr or invest in video creator tool which you can pick for about $50, and comes with variety of pre-made template.

You are probably right, videos without a voice over are probably not as engaging as with a voice, but maybe they still work with some attractive music background?

On the other hand, you'll find plenty of German freelancers on Elance. Just look at the translation section. There will be plenty of people willing to do voice overs.
