Email marketing - What is the best way to make money? Blogging?? Newbie here

I've been email marketing and blogging for years, and I think they complement eachother beautifully...

(Lots of gurus will tell you that blogging is useless, but I've found that I develop relationships with tons of marketers + end users who I would otherwise NEVER attract).

Also, having a blog is a great "central hub" for your entire Internet business.

It doesn't matter if you sell cookies or if you're an astrophysicist, blogging can be a great platform to launch and talk about ALL of your products and services, a place to provide awesome free content, and even serves as an awesome ranting device if you feel the urge.

As far as which way to provide value and profit? - That depends entirely upon your specific business model, your end user demographic, and also depends largely on how you want to monetize your traffic.

In any event, I would say it's a feasible practice and I'm confident that both email and blogging can be your "launchpad" regardless of what avenue you choose.
