Hello everyone,

I'm considering writing a series of short non-fiction football/soccer e-books and selling them through amazon at around 2 pounds a piece.

Do any of you have any thoughts of whether this is a good idea or not? Would I be wasting my time?

I'm not looking to make a ton of money, it would just be something on the side. I'm just wondering if it is worth doing it at all. Do you think a reasonable amount of money could be made?

Thanks very much!

You'd have a heck of a lot of competition to contend with, but if you can come up with a unique angle you could be on a winner.

If you're going to write about something which has already been well covered, you'd probably be better off finding a better use for your time/talents.

I agree with whatever,^^ you'd have to come up with an angle. You could target women -- a lot of us love football (go Saints!) or even kids. Or do something on tailgating, the best/worst things about every NFL stadium, etc. Narrow the focus.
