Shopping Cart Solution? Please help..

So I'm looking to set up a pretty hefty online store and I need a script or program to manage it. I tried Wp E-commerce (unstable, prone to failing) and I tried Zen Cart (great backend but digital downloads are confusing). Here's what I need:
*Something that supports huge amounts of digital products
*Something that supports easily importing/downloading/purchasing of digital products
*Has a nice front end (variety of available templates,etc.)
I'd also love to find a script that has an in-house affiliate program if you can think of any. Any suggestions? Thank you!
