Default Another one of those sites that adds your city to try to make it look legit

This reminds me of those sites that insert the name of your town to make it look like someone's blog is legit, then they tell you all about the fabulous product. (I've seen several of those lately that say Your Town instead of adding your city, which is kind fo funny.)

I was looking at the web site of the local NBC affiliate when this popped up in another tab. I have pop ups turned off, yet it still happened.

Yet another one with fake-sounding comments. I'm sure the whole thing is just a fake blog and it probably inserts the name of the city at the top each time, like Karen's White Teeth or Linda's Acai Berry sites.

I just find it funny that all most of the people advertising for Google Money Maker (like this one) use the exact same template.

Some people get smart and change the colors and the pictures (I don't know how many time's I've seen the young lady holding her child on sites like this). At least this site uses a geo-location script, changed the colors, AND the pictures.

Look the the time the comments were made and you'll see how fake they are. He owner tries cover it up by " Comments Closed Due To Abusive Spam (back soon)." Unfortunately many ppl will fall for it everyday.

I would like to find out the conversions for a site like this... I was reading a WSO on flogs (fake blogs) and they seem to convert at a pretty high rate...
