Any Twitter Apps Making Any Real Money?

I was just wondering because you see all the Iphone app success stories and their are literally thousands of Twitter applications..but are any of them making any REAL money?...link to them if you know with a story or revenue figures..thanks

    Anytime you have an app with a large following (10k+) that's worth money just with its list possibilities alone. Target with links to offers that are in the same niche as the app which should give you a good return.

    "Apps" don't make money, PEOPLE do. And, there are a lot of them doing very well, thank you.

    It's all in knowing how to use Twitter effectively, not in how many bells & whistles you have going on.

      There is huge money to be made by advertising on the apps. Currently, there are thousands of very good apps that users can get for free. The formula seems to be to develop an app, give it away for free and sell advertising space on it.
