Is Godaddy still the go to place to sell PR domains? Any tips or tricks on how to promote the listings or are buyers adept enough to check the backlinks?

How often do relatively good domains pass through unsold etc...

Are these sites allowed to be sold on Flippa? I'm not too sure, but I would definitely say selling them through private sites would be a more possible and viable option.
