Starting An Inbound Marketing Agency
Hello, fellow warriors.
I come from a web development and SEO background, and I'm planning to start an inbound marketing agency. Although I know the technical aspects of the job, I'm at a loss when it comes to the business and management side. I though I'd ask a few questions to help me piece this thing together:
1. What would be a respectable ballpark range to charge for my services as the new guy?
2. What CRM would you recommend?
3. Some pointers on sending invoices?
4. Some pointers on financial software?
5. Would Stripe be a good method for receiving payments (I'm planning to charge monthly)
6. I know the HubSpot software if fairly popular. When should I - if at all - invest in it?
I will appreciate responses to any of the above.
Also, I'm looking for creative individual/s that is interested in joining me in my endeavor. The person should have a solid knowledge of SEO, tolerance for ambiguity which typically involves starting a business, and be flexible. Any additional facet is a plus of course. I can promise absolutely nothing as to the success of the agency, but I can guarantee that the experience will be fun and very rewarding in the educational sense. PM me if interested.
