Need video reviews for a product (please don't ban me)

I've been banned before for giving out free review copies, so hopefully this doesn't get me banned. I need people to deliver me some video testimonials for a product--in exchange, you get it for free. PM if interested. Again, mods, please do not ban me for this.

      Be careful. I got banned last week for a day for offering free review copies of a WSO. I thought I'd do people a favor and spare our PM boxes by telling people what the product was about so they could decide if they wanted to review it. I was banned for pre-selling my WSO. Pretty amazing. Be careful!

    I think you get banned if you ask for reviews of a product that you are already selling in your sig. That could be interpreted as a sneaky way of promoting the product.

    Asking for reviews beforehand is fine, as far as I know.

    Two more things...

    1. There is a big difference between a review and a testimonial. Who is going to go through the trouble of making a video for a negative review? In other words, the OP is really just asking for POSITIVE testimonials, which aren't the same as reviews (though reviews CAN be testimonials).

    2. Why were you banned for it before? And how is this time different? I don't know the detials, but I hope you aren't repeating the same mistake.

    Sorry, the response was posted while I writing my initial comment.

    No, you can't say "I am planning a WSO, blah, bah, blah" because that IS pre-selling. If everyone were allowed to generate buzz that way, then the WF would be a madhouse.

    Also, it sounds like you got a chip on your shoulder...please take this as friendly advice: Let it go. That was the past. Whining and "warning" others with that tone won't help your case.

    Again, I am trying to help because I know you don't want this post to get deleted.
