Amazon Seller Account: Finding a customer phone number?
To any Amazon sellers out there, is there any way of pulling up a customer's phone number? A customer's item is damaged, and before I ship it out, I want to notify them. The customer hasn't responded to my email message and it has been 48 hours, but my shipment still says "unshipped", dragging down my rating. Is there a way of pulling up the customer's phone number? I didn't see it under the order details. I'd just like to close this order out, but not before I give the update to the customer first as to what is going on. Thanks for any pointers!
