Hello,

How much will you pay for a website that is earning $350 on an average? And it is for sale on Flippa...... Amazon based website.

Offer what it is worth to you. Many will tell you the average is 10-12 times monthly earnings. That's a "rule of thumb" that may or may not apply to any one particular case.

Be sure to get verified performance including traffic stats and income for a number of months in a row to prove the income claim. Be careful because screen shots can easily be doctored. Many folks have purchased what they thought were income producing sites ... only to find that when they took over the income was no where to be found.

    Good luck to you,

    Steve

    Probably a high 5 and a smile.

Honestly, the reward potential of a site earning only $350/month wouldn't be worth the risk of paying even the jacked up rule of thumb of 10-12 times monthly earnings. IMO you would be better off putting the money into savings bonds and starting your own site from scratch.
