What do you guys think of this idea?

Firstly it's reselling quality fiverr gigs in the music niche.

I've already created a legitimate looking website (purchased domain & email), sourced some leads to start off with and places to promote my link. Opened a twitter acc, bought some fake followers and also interacted with targetted leads + Facebook, so I've got a bit of traffic coming from those sources.

With each sale, I only need to invest about $10 for the fiver gigs, the package I sell goes for $60. It has numerous other gigs in it but for these ones I only needed to buy the gig once to get the resources that I'm including in the package.

I was hoping someone would review the method for me. I'm happy to share it with them for their own purposes if they see fit. I reckon I could make a killing with the right breakthrough cos what I'm offering usually costs more than $100 alone by legitimate companies.

The gigs are to do with music promotion except I'm not offering those shitty plays/likes/subs etc, more resources that musicians actually need.

What I need prefably is someone who can send mass emails. I also have a list of around 900 targetted emails which I made myself so I can blast but would like more insight on how I can do this efficiently.

It depends on your skills, it can work well if you can do it right.

Arbitrage works really well and a lot of people are doing it now. So I'm sure it will work for you as well, you just need to include a little USP on your offer so people will choose your service over others.

You might want to contact Daniel Evans or see some of his work. He is very good with arbitrage on Fiverr. If you know what you're doing, there is a lot of money to grab

Only way you'll know is if you take action. But sounds like you have a good chance of success.

There will be some challenges with this model.

Foremost will be your ability to target the exact service to buying prospects. Typically you don't get very targeted customers that are ready to make a purchase when you are using "mass emails" as you say. "Blasting" to 900 might work once . . . then what? How are you going to find and target people ready to buy?

A second challenge will be your supplier or suppliers. Your business is going to totally be held hostage by those doing the Fiverr gigs. If they do a poor job, or can't get to your gig when you need them, what are you going to do? What if your clients needs extra help, revisions, or "do overs?"

A third challenge will be the quality of the work you get from Fiverr. Your business will be judged by the quality of the product from Fiverr. Typically, the gigs coming out of that source are not very high quality. It's to be expected when the gig owner gets paid $4 per project.

I'm not saying you can't find great Fiverr people, but it's going to be a real challenge to run a business totally dependent upon other people.

      Good luck to you,

      Steve

  • It depends on your skill to generate targeted leads and convert them at 500% more then what you are paying for it. If you have the skill to do that then it will work and if you are like the 99% who don't have the skill then it will not work. That's the truth. But if you can generate leads and convert them why sell fivver gigs why not sell a more expensive product??

What your doing is nothing new, I use to have a service where I sold websites for $997 and would pay someone on freelancer to do it for $200

I would think bigger, but remember you're going to need to be a good organizer of projects or at least pay someone who is. Taking payments from someone, then paying someone and making sure everything is done right is a lot busier than it sounds

If it works then go for it...

If you think about it that is what most companies do... Buy cheap and sell expensive, and that goes for all offline business.

RESELLING outsourced package services is ALWAYS a good idea. I have a client reselling the transcription services I offer at .25 per audio minute for $1 or more per audio minute. My ebook clients buy original custom books from me and resell it for a lot of money. The key is to focus on QUALITY not just PRICE. Seriously. Also, make sure you are very TARGETED with your marketing efforts.
